The eleventh edition of Córdoba Califato Gourmet is held on 19 and 20 October with Bodegas Campos as its main venue. Elena Arzak, holder of three Michelin stars, is the special guest at the gala dinner on the 19th. The programme is organised into Califato Experience and Califato Lab around olive oil, Montilla-Moriles wines, Iberian ham and Córdoba cheese.

What it is
Córdoba Califato Gourmet is the food event that every autumn brings leading chefs to the city to work with Córdoba produce. In its eleventh edition, on 19 and 20 October, it is structured in two parts: Califato Experience, with the gala dinner and activities for the public, and Califato Lab, more focused on professionals. Paco Morales, of the restaurant Noor, takes part, and the special guest is Elena Arzak, who holds three Michelin stars in San Sebastián.
