Data controller
Eventos Córdoba, based in Córdoba. You can write to us at contacto@eventoscordoba.es with any question about your data.
What data we process
What you give us when you write to us through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp: name, contact details and information about the event you want to organise or list. If you join our WhatsApp channel, we do not see your number. If you create an account, also the data of your account, explained in the next section.
Your account and the phone app
If you create an account, on the website or in the phone app, we keep your email address, your name, phone number, age range and photo if you give them to us, and the tastes you choose. You can sign in with a code we send you by email or with your Google, Microsoft or Apple account; from those we only receive your email and your name. We use this data to show you first the plans that match you and to recognise you, with your access code, at the events we organise. If you turn on notifications in the app, we keep the identifier the system gives your phone so we can send you, at most twice a week, the plans that match your tastes; they are delivered by the notification services of Expo, Apple and Google, and you can turn them off at any time in your profile. If it is switched on for you, we also send you that summary by email, with an unsubscribe link in every message. The app only uses the camera when Eventos Córdoba's staff read access codes at the door of an event; it stores no images. We do not use your data to track you across other apps or websites and we do not sell it. The agenda's map, on the website and in the app, loads its images from OpenFreeMap, which receives your IP address when serving them, as any server does; we send it no data from your account. If you allow it, the map uses your location only at that moment, to show you the plans near you; we neither store it nor send it to anyone.
How to delete your account
You can delete your account from the app, in your profile, with "Delete my account", or by writing to us at contacto@eventoscordoba.es. Your access, your tastes, your phone number, your age range, your photo and your notifications are deleted. What the law requires us to keep, such as an invoice, is kept only for the legal period. Your e-mail address and your name stay on our contact list, with no access and no marketing e-mails, until you ask us to delete them by writing to that same address.
What we use it for
To answer your enquiry, prepare the proposal and, if you commission the event from us, provide the service and issue the invoice. We do not use it to send you advertising without your consent. If you tick the box when you sign up, we send you news and proposals by email; you can withdraw that consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
Legal basis
The consent you give us when you contact us and, when there is a commission, performance of the contract and compliance with our legal obligations, such as tax.
How long we keep it
For as long as the relationship lasts and, after that, for the periods required by law. Enquiries that do not lead to a commission are deleted within a reasonable time.
Who we share it with
We do not pass your data to third parties unless legally required or when necessary for the event you commission, for example with the venue or the caterer. Email and messaging providers process the data only to provide us with their service.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contacto@eventoscordoba.es. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies
We only use analytics cookies if you accept them in the cookie notice. In that case we load Google Analytics 4, from Google Ireland Ltd., which stores the “_ga” and “_ga_*” cookies for up to two years to count visits and page views in aggregate. Google may process that data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. With the same acceptance we also load PostHog, from PostHog Inc., which keeps the «ph_*_posthog» cookie for one year to see pseudonymously how the site is used: pages, clicks and session recordings with whatever you type in forms hidden. PostHog processes that data in the United States, under the same safeguards. We do not use advertising cookies. We also store two first-party technical cookies for one year: “eventoscordoba-consent”, with your choice about cookies, and “eventoscordoba-locale”, when you pick a language in the selector. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from “Cookie settings”, at the foot of every page. In the phone app, only if you accept its usage measurement, we send PostHog which screens and plans are opened and recordings of the session with what you type, your details and your access code hidden, with an anonymous identifier created on the phone and without your name, your e-mail or your account; you can turn it off in your profile and that identifier is deleted.
