Every November Villanueva de Córdoba holds the Feria del Jamón de Bellota 100% Ibérico DOP Los Pedroches, from Thursday to Sunday in the first full week of the month. The 27th edition is estimated for 4 to 7 November 2027, awaiting the official announcement.

What is known about the 2027 edition
The Los Pedroches ham fair celebrated its 25th anniversary from 6 to 9 November 2025 and its 26th edition from 5 to 8 November 2026: four days, Thursday to Sunday. On that pattern, the 27th would fall from 4 to 7 November 2027. It is the big food event in the north of the province and coincides with the start of the montanera, the acorn-feeding season, in the dehesa. It usually includes a large public tasting area with music, an exhibition area for producers, the ham tunnel with content about the product, show cooking, ham carvers and a craft display.
Getting there and what to bear in mind
In 2026 the fair was split between the car park of the Pabellón Municipal, for the tasting and the concerts, and the courtyard of the IES La Jara, for the exhibitors. Villanueva de Córdoba is about 70 kilometres from Córdoba. It is organised by the Town Council, which publishes the programme and the tasting prices on the fair's website a few weeks beforehand. The 2027 dates are an estimate based on the last two editions.
