Baena holds its Real Feria straddling September and October, from Wednesday to Saturday before the first Sunday of October. Following that pattern, the 2027 edition would run from 29 September to 2 October; the Town Council has not yet announced it.

What is known about the 2027 edition
The Real Feria de Baena repeats its structure every year: four days, Wednesday to Saturday, in the week leading up to the first Sunday of October. It ran from 2 to 5 October in 2024 and from 30 September to 3 October in 2026, so in 2027 the likely dates are 29 September to 2 October. The programme is made known in September, after the poster competition. The usual ingredients: a municipal caseta with dance bands and artists, a youth caseta with DJs and concerts, a daytime fair, sevillanas competitions, giants and big-heads and fairground rides. The week is usually opened by the Salmorejo Flamenco festival, which reached its 49th edition in 2026.
Getting there and what to bear in mind
Baena's fairground stretches from the Avenida de Cervantes towards the area around the sports centre. Baena is about 60 kilometres from Córdoba, a little under an hour by car. Entry to the fairground is free; you pay for the rides and the odd specific activity. It is organised by Baena Town Council, which publishes the full programme on its website with the times for each caseta. The 2027 dates are an estimate until the programme is presented.
