What it is
FLORA presents itself as the world's biggest contemporary floral art event, and every autumn it transforms several patios in Córdoba. Its 10th edition is expected in mid-October 2027, on dates similar to those of 2026 (12 to 22 October). Floral artists from different countries reinterpret the patios of some of the city's representative buildings with large-scale ephemeral installations, in a dialogue between the Córdoba tradition of the patio and the art of today. In 2026, under the title 'Efímero', the participants included FLOVER NYC, Hamish Powell, Taller Banegas and Tulipina, and there was a parallel cultural programme.
Getting there and tickets
The installations can be visited free of charge in institutional patios lent by the City Council and in patios belonging to sponsoring organisations in the old town, which are reached on foot. Some activities and guided tours require advance booking. It is organised by Zizai Cultura and Córdoba City Council; venues, opening times and bookings are published on festivalflora.com.
