What it is
The Asociación Amigos del Gazpacho holds its verbena in the Jardines del Vial, right in the centre, in a longer format than usual: four days in a row coinciding with the Pilar long weekend. The event is included in the 2026 programme of neighbourhood verbenas approved by the Ayuntamiento de Córdoba, which this year brings together twenty organisations with sixteen celebrations between September and October, on top of the four held in summer. It is one of the last on the calendar, which ends on 12 October, so it serves as a send-off for the city's season of open-air verbenas.
Getting there and tickets
The verbena is set up from Friday 9 to Monday 12 October 2026 in the Jardines del Vial, where avenida Gran Capitán meets avenida de América, Córdoba. Entry is free. The source gives no times; as at the other verbenas, things happen mostly in the evening and at night. It is organised by the Asociación Amigos del Gazpacho with a council grant. Its dates coincide with the verbena of the Peña Cordobesa La Ventana, on calle Utrera.
