What it is
The Peña Cordobesa La Ventana, a cultural and residents' association, sets up its verbena on calle Utrera for four days of the Pilar long weekend. It is one of the verbenas populares, the neighbourhood parties that traditionally close the summer and open the autumn in the city of Córdoba, and which the city council supports with grants to the organisations that run them. It is a neighbourhood plan, the kind with a local crowd, a bar and music, that comes round every year and this time has calle Utrera as its setting, in the barrio del Sur, on the other side of the river.
Getting there and tickets
The verbena is held from Friday 9 to Monday 12 October 2026 on calle Utrera (14009 Córdoba), in the Sur area, a few minutes from the Puente Romano. Entry is free. The source gives no times, although parties of this kind happen mostly in the evening and at night. It is organised by the Asociación Cultural y Vecinal Peña Cordobesa La Ventana. Its dates coincide with the verbena of the Asociación Amigos del Gazpacho in the Jardines del Vial, so there are two neighbourhood verbenas running in the city that long weekend.
