The Provincial Council, through Iprodeco, organises the third edition of its food and farming fair, with around 70 companies from the province and spaces for its districts. The wine and olive oil tunnels and the daily show cooking sessions return, and a route of organic producers makes its debut. On Saturday 24 it hosts a semi-final of the I Concurso Nacional de Salmorejo Cordobés.

Sabor a Córdoba is the fair with which the Provincial Council, through the Instituto Provincial de Desarrollo Económico (Iprodeco), brings the best of Córdoba's larder together in one venue. The third edition, from 23 to 25 October 2026, expects around 70 food companies and eight spaces for the districts. Back again are the wine tunnel, organised by category with tasting notes on QR codes, and the olive oil tunnel for sampling extra virgin olive oil from the province. Each day there will be between four and six show cooking sessions by local chefs shown on an LED screen, and an organic route devoted to organic producers makes its debut. On Saturday 24 the fair also hosts one of the four semi-finals of the I Concurso Nacional de Salmorejo Cordobés, whose final will be at Fitur 2027.
Getting there and tickets
The fair is held at the Centro de Exposiciones, Ferias y Convenciones de Córdoba (CEFC), next to the Parque Joyero, at Avenida de la Fábrica s/n. It opens from Friday 23 to Sunday 25 October; each day's opening hours and the admission conditions will be published on the Sabor a Córdoba website. The fair is aimed both at trade professionals and at the general public, who can try and buy local produce. It is organised by Iprodeco, part of Córdoba Provincial Council.
