What it is
"Tierra que alimenta" is the ecotourism day that the Mancomunidad Campiña Sur organises in Montilla. It lasts all Sunday and is designed to bring the district's food and farming closer to the public. According to the municipal listings, there will be tastings, stands of local products and sustainable food workshops, among other activities. It is a chance to find out first hand what is produced in Córdoba's Campiña Sur, talk to producers and try their products in one place. The venue, the Complejo Envidarte, is Montilla's multi-purpose site, which hosts rallies, fairs and indoor and outdoor events throughout the year.
Getting there and tickets
The event is on Sunday 18 October 2026, from 10:00 to 18:00, at the Complejo Envidarte, at Avenida José Padillo Delgado, s/n, in Montilla. The municipal listings mention no price or registration to attend. If any tasting or workshop needs booking, the organisers will confirm it. It is organised by the Mancomunidad Campiña Sur, and Montilla Town Council lists it in its calendar (montilla.es/agenda). Envidarte also hosts, from 10 to 12 October, Autoclub Montilla's II Concentración de Vehículos Históricos-Clásicos.
