The Feria Real de Priego takes up the first days of September with casetas, fairground rides, a bullfight and the traditional livestock fair. What it is
The Feria Real de Priego de Córdoba brings the summer to a close in the Subbética. It runs from the night of 31 August to 5 September, and the same dates are expected for 2027, pending the Town Council's presentation of the programme. In 2026 it had a Día del Niño (children's day) with reduced prices on the rides, a noise-free slot designed for people with autism, a Día del Traje Flamenco (flamenco dress day), a bullfight at the Coso de las Canteras and, on the last day, the traditional livestock fair. Music acts, such as Mojinos Escozíos and Planeta 80 in 2026, round off the nights.
Getting there and tickets
Priego de Córdoba is just over an hour and a half by car from the city of Córdoba, in the heart of the Subbética. Entry to the fair is free; the bullfight has its own ticket. It is organised by Priego de Córdoba Town Council, which publishes the programme on priegodecordoba.es in summer. Note: the dates given are an estimate based on the usual calendar, not an official announcement. Before planning your trip, check for confirmation on the organiser's website, which usually publishes it a few months ahead, and book accommodation in advance if you are coming from elsewhere.
