What it is / What you will see
The Legua Villa de Fernán Núñez reaches its twenty-first edition on Monday 12 October 2026, a national bank holiday. It is one of the October races on the provincial calendar and makes the most of the holiday so that runners from the province can pick up points in the circuit. It is part of the Circuito Provincial de Carreras Populares “Diputación de Córdoba” 2026, which brings together 58 races between 1 February and 31 December: 13 in the city and 45 in towns across the province, with 24 races of 10 kilometres or more and 34 over shorter distances. Each race earns points towards the circuit standings, which close with an awards gala.
Getting there and entries
Information and entries are on the FAA Live platform (web.faalive.com/inscriptions/272). The date appears in the circuit's official calendar, at carreraspopularescordoba.com, where the rules, results and standings are also published. The start time and entry fee are set out in the rules for each race; if they do not appear in the listing, it is worth checking them there before signing up. Before you go, it is worth checking the original listing, because times, line-ups and sales conditions can change right up to the day of the event.
