What it is / What you'll see
Las Migas are one of the most acclaimed flamenco groups in Spain and abroad. The four-woman band combines the essence of flamenco with contemporary sounds and a personality of its own, and has two Latin Grammys for Best Flamenco Album, won in 2022 and 2025, as well as a career that has taken it to stages in many countries. The concert has a special meaning for the town: Alicia Grillo, the group's guitarist, is from Peñarroya-Pueblonuevo. The performance comes as part of the Diputación de Córdoba's Circuito Provincial de Cultura and is a rare chance to see a leading name in today's flamenco in the Guadiato.
Getting there and tickets
The concert is on Thursday 8 October 2026 at 20:00 at the Casa de la Cultura in Peñarroya-Pueblonuevo. Entry is free until full, so it is worth arriving early. The performance is part of the Diputación de Córdoba's Circuito Provincial de Cultura, within the town's own programme.
