The end of 2026 is a historic moment for Hinojosa del Duque. The Otoño Cultural season is the setting for the official start of the commemoration of the centenary of the title of City, granted in 1927, a key date for local identity. The first event will be a major special concert by the Banda de Música de Hinojosa del Duque, programmed as a Christmas Concert at the Auditorio Municipal. It brings together the town's musical tradition and an anniversary that will be celebrated throughout 2027. For many residents it will be the way to see out the year with their band and to open the events of an anniversary the Town Council regards as momentous.
