Malendros is organising a non-federated mountain bike rally for cycling schools and young riders at the Velódromo de Posadas. Entry costs 10 euros and helmets are compulsory.

What it is / What you will see
The Velódromo de Posadas hosts a Rally MTB para Escuelas, a day of mountain biking designed for the youngest riders. It is organised by Malendros, with the support of Posadas town council and the Diputación de Córdoba. The event is non-federated and wants children to enjoy their bikes in a friendly atmosphere and in contact with nature, learning about teamwork, respect for the environment, safety and responsible sport. It makes a good family outing: the little ones compete and learn, and their families cheer them on from the velodrome.
Getting there and entries
The rally is held on Sunday 11 October at the Velódromo de Posadas, in the Vega del Guadalquivir and about 30 kilometres from Córdoba. Entry costs 10 euros per participant and is done through the form set up by the organisers. Helmets are compulsory and bringing plenty of water is recommended.
