About the event
The 5th Cultural Autumn of Almodóvar del Río continues in November 2026: on the 6th a local painter Juan Antonio Redondo Caler exhibition opens (18:00, Casa de la Cultura), on the 16th International Flamenco Day is celebrated with family theater at 11:00 and a flashmob at 17:00 in Plaza de la Constitución, and on the 18th there is a cultural trip to Itálica and San Isidoro del Campo.

An autumn of art, tradition, and culture
The Culture Department of the Almodóvar del Río Town Hall celebrates the fifth edition of its Cultural Autumn, a program that began on October 10 with an equestrian show and runs until mid-November. After the children's Halloween workshop on October 28 at the Municipal Library, the cycle enters its final stage with an exhibition, a day dedicated to flamenco, and a cultural outing outside the province.
The November program
On Friday, November 6 at 18:00, a painting exhibition by local artist Juan Antonio Redondo Caler opens at Casa de la Cultura. On Monday the 16th, International Flamenco Day, Plaza de la Constitución hosts family theater «Cuento con duende» by the company Uno Teatro at 11:00, and at 17:00 a flamenco flashmob by the cultural associations José Antonio Cantalejo and Los Tarantos. On Wednesday the 18th, the cycle closes with a trip to Santiponce (Sevilla) to visit the Archaeological Ensemble of Itálica and the Monastery of San Isidoro del Campo.
How to participate
The exhibition, theater, and flashmob are activities in public spaces of the town. For the trip to Itálica, you must get information and sign up at the Town Hall, by e-mail at ayuntamiento@almodovardelrio.es or by phone at 957 713 602 and 957 713 604, where details about departure and price are also provided.
