About the event
A municipal series of chamber music in monuments and heritage sites in Córdoba, with free concerts by artists from Córdoba, Spain and abroad. It began in 2024 and its third edition was held from 16 April to 16 May 2026. Its director has announced that the 2027 edition will revolve around Roman, Jewish, Muslim and Christian Córdoba. The dates are not yet confirmed.

What it is / What you will see
The Festival Primavera de Córdoba, directed by Juan Miguel Moreno Calderón, began in 2024 to bring classical music together with the city's monumental heritage. Over a month it offers around eight chamber concerts with first-rate performers. In 2026 it featured the American String Quartet, the harpsichordist Ignacio Prego, the Amsterdam Trio, the quintet Spanish Brass, the Coro Brouwer, the pianist Noelia Rodiles and the Camerata Gala. The venues were the Real Círculo de la Amistad, the Sala Orive, the Conservatorio Rafael Orozco, the Plaza de Capuchinos, the church of La Merced, the Museo Arqueológico and the Diputación. For 2027 a programme has been announced in places linked to Córdoba's Roman, Jewish, Muslim and Christian past.
Getting there and tickets
All the concerts are free, with open access while capacity allows, which is usually around 300 people. In 2026 they began at 8:30 pm, except for one at 9:30 pm. The venues change each year, but they are always in the historic centre of Córdoba. It is organised by Córdoba City Council's Department of Culture and Historic Heritage, with the collaboration of the Diputación, the Junta de Andalucía, the Real Círculo de la Amistad and the Conservatorio Superior Rafael Orozco. The programme is published at cultura.cordoba.es. The 2027 dates are to be confirmed.
