About the event
The Hinojoseña Ornithological Association hosts its XIII Birdwatching Competition 'Ciudad de Hinojosa' at the Caseta de Familias Unidas. The exhibition is open to the public from October 21 to 23, 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM, and on Saturday the 24th from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM; that afternoon, awards are presented from 5:00 PM. Alongside the birds, schoolchildren's drawings are displayed.

Thirteen editions of bird enthusiasts
The Hinojoseña Ornithological Association organizes its thirteenth edition of the contest, presented at the Hinojosa del Duque Town Hall by its president, Luis García, and the mayor, Matías González. It gathers specimens from breeders from various municipalities of Los Pedroches and neighboring provinces, who registered on October 16 and 17 and were judged on Sunday the 18th.
Exhibition schedule
The display is open to the public at the Caseta de Familias Unidas from Wednesday, October 21 to Friday, October 23, from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM, and on Saturday the 24th, from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM. The closing and awards ceremony take place that same Saturday starting at 5:00 PM.
Schools featured in the program
This edition involved the two schools of Hinojosa del Duque: their students participated in a drawing contest, and their works are displayed alongside the birds. It's a simple visit to enjoy with family and learn about the work of local breeders.
