The Cheesecake Cup, Spain's biggest cheese cake event, takes place at the Fuente del Vial Norte in Córdoba from Thursday 15 to Sunday 18 October 2026: eight bakeries, sixteen classic and innovative cheesecakes, food trucks, live music and performances. Free entry: Thursday from 17:00 to 23:00, Friday from 17:00 to 00:00, Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 to 00:00.

The cheese cake championship
The Cheesecake Cup started in Madrid as Spain's first national competition dedicated solely to cheese cake. Its early editions in Las Rozas, Leganés, Madrid and Murcia served over 90,000 cheesecakes to about 80,000 attendees, according to organizers. In Córdoba, eight bakeries from different cities present sixteen options: each offers a classic version and an innovative creation, with the audience voting for their favorite alongside a sector jury. This is the festival's first stop in Andalucía, with Córdoba City Council among the collaborators, and organizers have announced another Andalusian city soon.
When and where
The venue is set up next to the Fuente del Vial Norte, the same space as the burger festival and Christmas attractions, close to the train and bus stations. It opens on Thursday, October 15 from 17:00 to 23:00, on Friday, October 16 from 17:00 to 00:00, and on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 from 12:00 to 00:00, according to the official poster. Besides cheesecakes, there are food trucks with savory options, music and live performances, making it a place to eat or have dinner, not just for dessert.
Entry and prices
The venue entry is free. Cheesecake portions are paid at each stall; in Madrid's May 2026 edition, each portion cost 6.50 euros, and the price in Córdoba is yet to be confirmed. The list of the eight bakeries attending Córdoba is also pending; the organization will publish it on their Instagram, @thecheesecakecupofficial, in the days before. This website does not organize or sell tickets for the festival; it only reports what the organizers and local press publish.
