The IX Ruta Córdoba–Hinojosa 24 Horas follows the Camino Mozárabe del Duque between the provincial capital and Hinojosa del Duque over a weekend. The event is organised in several stages designed for different levels: Córdoba–El Vacar (30 km), El Vacar–Calatraveño (30 km), Calatraveño–Hinojosa del Duque (42 km), Calatraveño–Alcaracejos (19 km), Alcaracejos–Villanueva del Duque–Hinojosa del Duque (19 km) and Fuente la Lancha–Hinojosa del Duque (12 km). That way each participant can choose the distance that best matches their fitness.
