A spooky afternoon for the family
Castro del Río celebrates Halloween on Saturday, October 31, 2026, with a party designed for children and their families in the Castle's Patio de Armas. From 5:00 pm, monitors will lead games, inflatables, music, sweets, and many surprises. The event is organized by the Castro del Río City Council. There is a costume contest, so it’s best to come dressed in your scariest outfit. For a snack, sopaipas and solidarity chocolate are sold, with proceeds going to the ASPEMAC association. The castle, atop the La Villa neighborhood, is one of the town’s most recognizable spots.
