About the event
The parish group of the Cautivo en el Puente de Cedrón takes María Santísima de la Victoria out from Santa Beatriz de Silva. She passes through Mirasierra and Miralbaida and makes a stop at the Sagrado Corazón de María, accompanied by the Asociación Musical de La Algaba.

On the last Saturday of October, the parish group of Nuestro Padre Jesús Cautivo en el Puente de Cedrón y María Santísima de la Victoria takes its Marian image out through the north-west of Córdoba. The Virgin leaves the parish church of Santa Beatriz de Silva at 18:20 and travels along the Avenida de la Paz, the Mirasierra roundabout, Ingeniero Alfonso Churruca, Doctor Ángel Castiñeira, the Paseo de los Verdiales and the Avenida de Miralbaida. At about 19:45 she arrives at the parish church of the Sagrado Corazón de María, in the Plaza Albolafia, and then returns via María la Talegona and the Avenida de la Paz. She is accompanied by the Asociación Musical de La Algaba (Seville). It is a neighbourhood procession, away from the centre and with few crowds.
Getting there and when to see it
The procession sets out at 18:20 from the parish church of Santa Beatriz de Silva (Pasaje Mercado 3), and is due back at 21:15. A good place to see it is the Plaza Albolafia, next to the Sagrado Corazón de María, at about 19:45. It is free and takes place in the street. It is organised by the parish group of the Cautivo en el Puente de Cedrón y la Victoria, and is listed in the Córdoba Capital Cofrade calendar. Winter time is already in force that day.
