What it is
“Almas Flamencas” gathers work by the painter Pepa Cano on the theme of flamenco, understood through a visual and expressive interpretation of its essence and its passion. The exhibition is curated by Antonio Sánchez Marín and is installed in the Palacio-Museo de los Condes de Santa Ana, one of Lucena's grand houses. It is a good excuse to visit the palace and, while you are there, wander the town's historic centre, in a free exhibition that suits flamenco fans as well as anyone looking for a quiet cultural outing.
Getting there
The exhibition can be seen from 19 September to 19 October 2026 at the Palacio-Museo de los Condes de Santa Ana, in Lucena. Opening hours are from 10:30 to 18:00 Monday to Saturday and on public holidays, and from 10:30 to 14:00 on Sundays. Entry is free. Organised by the culture department of Lucena town council.
