About the event
The 12th Encuentro Provincial de Clubes de Montaña de Córdoba (provincial meeting of mountain clubs) sets off from the Ermita de Piedrasantas in Pedroche on Sunday 22 November 2026. There is a short route of 8 km, the Ruta del Granito, and a long one of 16 km, with a communal lunch. It is organised by the Federación Andaluza de Deportes de Montaña and several clubs, and part of the money goes to the Banco de Alimentos Medina Azahara (food bank).

The routes
Both routes start from the Ermita de Piedrasantas, where the councils of the Siete Villas de Los Pedroches used to meet. The short one, the Ruta del Granito, is 8 km with 97 m of elevation gain. The long one is 16 km with 230 m of elevation gain and follows the tracks of the Pozo de la Raya and the Loma de Las Misas. Both cross dehesa (wooded pasture) and dry-stone walls.
Timetable
Check-in is at 9:30 am, the start at 10 am and the communal lunch at 2:30 pm.
Registration
The donation is €16 for federation members, €19 for non-members and €6 for under-16s. It includes lunch, drinks, refreshments, guides and insurance. There are 200 places and registration closes on 15 November.
