The tale, told a different way
The company Búho Teatro invites us back into Little Red Riding Hood's forest to tell a different version from the one we all know. What if Little Red Riding Hood were not so naive? What if the wolf had more than just fangs? Little Red Riding Hood, the wolf and the other characters return to the stage eager to turn the story on its head, using humour, imagination and theatrical play.
Who it is for
It is a family show, designed for children to recognise the tale and be surprised by the changes, and for adults to enjoy the in-jokes. A short afternoon performance, good for going with the little ones and coming out with the tale slightly changed. The Diputación's listings allow an hour and a half for the show.
Cosecha Cultural in the province
The show is part of Cosecha Cultural 2026, the music and performing arts series with which the Diputación de Córdoba takes theatre, puppets, flamenco and concerts to the towns of the province, in collaboration with each town council. In Villafranca de Córdoba it takes place at the Casa de la Cultura. The Diputación has not published the price or ticketing system in its listings, so it is worth asking at the Town Council or the venue itself a few days before, as capacity is limited.
