About the event
C.D. Los Agujetas de Villafranca and the City Council organize the XIX Solidarity Trek on Sunday, November 8, 2026, starting at 8:00 from the Caseta Municipal, at the Fairgrounds. It is a non-competitive walking route of about 16 km with medium difficulty, benefiting ACANSA. Registration costs 20 euros for adults and 8 euros for accompanied children under 12, and includes breakfast, refreshments, communal stew, insurance, and a gift bag (guaranteed before October 29).

Walking for a good cause
The Villafranca Solidarity Trek with Sahrawi Children reaches its nineteenth edition. It is organized by the hiking club C.D. Los Agujetas de Villafranca and the Villafranca de Córdoba City Council, with proceeds going to ACANSA, the Cordoban Association of Friendship with Sahrawi Boys and Girls. It is not a race: there are no times or rankings, just a guided route through the public hills of the municipality.
The route
The start is on Sunday, November 8, 2026, at 8:00 from the Caseta Municipal, at the Fairgrounds, which is also the finish line. The route is about 16 kilometers with medium difficulty. Volunteers lead and close the group, there are points for breakfast and hydration and medical assistance, and at the end a communal stew awaits. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Registration and bibs
It costs 20 euros for adults and 8 euros for children under 12, including a bib, refreshments, communal stew, accident insurance, and a gift bag, which is only guaranteed for those who register before October 29. Registrations are open online and at Deportes Aristarum (avenida Carlos III, 24, Córdoba) until 48 hours before. Bibs can be picked up on Saturday the 7th from 12:00 to 13:30 at the club headquarters (calle Parrillas, 13) or on Sunday from 7:00 to 7:45 at the start.
