What it is
Arantxa Treus and Jazmín Abuín form the duo Sobria y Serena (sober and serene), although, by their own account, they have never been either. In ‘El Chou’ they invite the audience to join them on a tour of their lives and their way of seeing the world, with a single aim: to make people laugh a lot. To build the show they take inspiration, tongue in cheek, from what they consider the best comic pairings in history, of the kind of Rajoy and diction or Shakira and the tax office. They promise over an hour of laughter therapy and keep the rest of the details as a ‘state secret’. It is comedy in duo format for anyone looking for a Friday of light-hearted humour.
Getting there and tickets
The performance is on Friday 11 December 2026 at 8:30 pm at the Teatro El Brillante, Calle San Juan Bautista de la Salle 7, in Córdoba. Tickets cost from 19.85 euros and are sold at El Corte Inglés, with the option of printing them or collecting them at its stores. It is organised by Producciones Falla. Purchases are final and no refunds are given. The 8:30 pm start leaves time to have dinner nearby afterwards.
