What it is
Salir de la tele is the new live show from Agustín Jiménez, presented as a comedy for all generations full of the performing virtuosity that characterises this veteran of the genre. For over an hour and with just a microphone, the comedian ranges across fads, places, parodies, animal impressions, personal experiences, pop culture, history and science, as well as improvising with the audience. The theatre's listing sums it up as Agustín Jiménez at his best in a surprising show. It is a Friday night performance, a week before Christmas Eve, aimed at adult audiences as part of the comedy programme at the Teatro Avanti, a good chance to see a familiar face of comedy up close.
