What it is
This musical tribute recreates the tale of ‘La Bella y la Bestia’ (Beauty and the Beast). Once upon a time there was a prince who lived in a gleaming castle and who, despite having everything, was selfish and spoilt. One night, a witch cast a curse on him and on everyone who lived in the castle: the prince was turned into a beast and could only break the spell if he managed to fall in love with a young woman before the last petal fell from an enchanted rose. Ten years later, Belle arrives at the castle to rescue her father, the beast's prisoner. The question is whether he will learn to love her and break the spell.
Getting there and tickets
The show is on Sunday 17 January 2027 at 12 noon at the Teatro Avanti, Calle María Auxiliadora, in Córdoba. Tickets cost from €15 on Giglon, booking fees not included. Anyone over 12 months old needs their own ticket to enter the venue. It is a plan made for going with children.
