About the event
Córdoba City Council organises «Justo y en su punto» on Saturday 7 November 2026 at the Ecomercado (organic market) on the Bulevar del Gran Capitán, from 11 am to 12:30 pm. There is a cooking demo by Adela, pastry chef at Panzamorena, with Fair Trade and organic biscuits, a free tasting of artisan sweets and drinks, and a contest for the best dessert: anyone can take part by bringing a home-made sweet with at least one Fair Trade ingredient.

A dessert contest open to all
Anyone can enter a home-made sweet containing at least one Fair Trade ingredient. The jury judges flavour, originality, presentation and the use of those ingredients. The contest starts at 11:50 am and the prizes are hampers of Fair Trade products and an experience for two at the Baños Árabes (Arab baths) in Córdoba.
Cooking demo and tasting
Adela, pastry chef at Panzamorena, cooks live with Fair Trade and organic biscuits. Afterwards there is a free tasting of biscuits, artisan sweets and drinks while supplies last. It is organised by the Solidarity and Cooperation Department with the support of IDEAS, as part of the Fair Trade Towns campaign.
