What it is
‘Invierno’ is the album Sara Holgado presents live in Montoro, a work she herself dedicates to her father and mother, who both died in the winter of 2022. It consists of nine tracks, all original except for a version of a Luis Pastor song with lyrics by José Saramago, ‘De paz y de guerra’; the rest are her own lyrics and compositions, traditional lyrics and poems by Miguel Hernández, Alejandra Pizarnik and Tito Muñoz. Guitarist Yannick Corre worked as co-producer, and musicians such as Alfredo Lagos, Javier Galiana, Rycardo Moreno and Gastón Joya contributed to the arrangements. An intimate project born of a long creative process.
Getting there and tickets
The concert is on Saturday 21 November 2026 at 8:30 pm at the Teatro Municipal Miguel Romero Esteo, Calle Magistrado Fernando Rubiales, s/n, in Montoro. It is part of the autumn Abono Oro season ticket, sales of which have closed; single tickets are sold on Giglon from 10 am on 1 October 2026.
