Comics made by women
Gráficas! is the gathering of women comic creators and authors organised by the Centro Andaluz de las Letras with the sponsorship of the Fundación Unicaja, which this year reaches its fourth edition. In Córdoba it is concentrated into one afternoon and two neighbouring bookshops on calle Duque de Fernán Núñez, so you can walk from one event to the other.
The afternoon's programme
At 17:30 illustrator Paola Garrido, known on Instagram as Chica navaja, draws live on the window of the Crash Cómic bookshop, facing passers-by in the street. At 19:00, at the Ostin Macho bookshop, Rosa Codina talks with AnaSabe about fanzines and self-publishing. Codina has contributed to magazines such as El Jueves and Víbora, and AnaSabe has worked extensively for social groups. A signing session follows. Both activities are free, with entry until each bookshop is full.
