Castil de Campos (Priego de Córdoba) celebrates the 26th Gachas Festival on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at the La Peña multipurpose building. The night of the gachas
In Castil de Campos, a village of Priego de Córdoba, the night of October 31 is the night of the gachas. On Saturday, October 31, 2026, the twenty-sixth edition of this gastronomic and community festival takes place, organized by the Dos Ejidos Neighborhood Association along with the Local Autonomous Entity. It’s an event to eat the typical dish of this time of year, see the locals, and welcome visitors from outside. The afternoon begins at 7:30 pm with a concert by the band Los Bujías. From 8:00 pm, the gachas, the stars of the night, are served in the multipurpose building known as La Peña. The festival is supported by the Córdoba Provincial Council.

Castil de Campos is located north of the Priego de Córdoba municipality, in the heart of the Subbética region. The organizers have not published a price for the gachas in their announcement, so it is recommended to ask the ELA or the neighborhood association.
