What it is / What you'll see
The function hall of the CEMAC Pintor Pedro Roldán hosts an evening devoted to the entremeses of Miguel de Cervantes, the short comic pieces that the author of Don Quixote wrote to be performed between the acts of full-length plays. The poster announces two of the best known: El juez de los divorcios, in which several ill-matched couples put their complaints before a judge, and El retablo de las maravillas, the satire about a pair of tricksters who put on a show that can only be seen by those who meet certain requirements of honour. The date joins Rute's autumn cultural programme, which devotes several performances to Cervantes, and has the support of the Diputación de Córdoba and UCOCultura according to the poster.
