A neighborhood day in the mountains
The Adaros Siete Fincas development in the Trassierra neighborhood celebrates its Neighbor Day on Saturday, October 31, 2026, a day of community to share the morning with family and meet neighbors in the heart of the mountain setting. It is part of the neighborhood gatherings organized by the Córdoba City Council in the Oeste-Sierra peri-urban district, in this case alongside the Trassierra District Council.
The peroles contest
The main event is a peroles contest starting at 10:30. Each team cooks their own perol and the organizers provide all the seasonings, but each must bring their own bread and butane tank. The atmosphere is outdoor dining among neighbors, with no other goal than to have a good time. It’s a great excuse for every household to share their recipe and for new residents to meet longtime neighbors.
How to sign up
To participate in the contest, you must register by Tuesday, October 27, the last day, at Bar Casa Pedro or via WhatsApp at the number on the District Council poster. The event is free and open to local residents and anyone who wants to join. Those not cooking are also welcome to come and spend the morning.
