What it is and what you will see

The Conoce tu provincia 2026-2027 campaign bows out in Sierra Morena. The route starts where the Camino Mozárabe parts from the GR-48, climbs to the top of the Cerro de la Solana and goes down to the Las Serranas stream, a seasonal watercourse where the women of the village used to go to wash clothes. It continues along the Camino de las Monjas and the Cañada Real Soriana, old muleteers' routes that carried olives, grapes and charcoal, and closes the loop with views of the Sierra del Enjambradero and Villaharta's mineral springs, the fuentes de agua agria. The accompanying visit is to the Sierra Morena viewpoints, at Zahurdillas.
