A free 12 km guided walk (medium difficulty because of the distance) in the Diputación de Córdoba's Conoce tu provincia 2026-2027 campaign, with a coach from the Plaza de Colón. It includes a visit to the Starlight Village.

What it is and what you will see
The only night route in the Conoce tu provincia campaign goes to the province's Starlight Village, Fuente-Tójar, in the Subbética. The Los Barrancos route crosses a municipality that was a frontier during the Reconquista and one of the richest archaeological areas in Andalusia, with 46 documented settlement sites. It passes the Cubertilla group of farmhouses, with its small chapel of 1920, and reaches Todosaires, a cluster of scattered farmhouses on an old drovers' road. It is 12 kilometres through the Priego-Alcaudete depression, between olive groves and patches of holm oak woodland, ending under one of the clearest skies in Córdoba. Bringing a torch is recommended.
Getting there and registration
The coach leaves from the forecourt of the Diputación car park, in the Plaza de Colón in Córdoba, on Saturday 17 April 2027, bound for Fuente-Tójar. The approximate timetable is departure at around 8:30 am and return at about 6 pm, to be specified for each route. It is free and includes coach, guides, insurance and leaflet. Registration is individual, through a web form that opens at 8 am on the Monday of that week and closes once 50 places and 30 reserve places are filled; maximum 8 routes per person.
