From 23 to 25 October Moriles holds the XXVIII Cata de Moriles Expo Wine under the motto "Tesón" (tenacity), with nine wineries, a wine and chocolate pairing, live music and guided visits to wineries and lagares.

What it is
The Cata de Moriles Expo Wine reaches its 28th edition with the motto "Tesón" (tenacity), a tribute to the winegrowers who go on tending their vines after a season marked by mildew. Nine wineries take part, more than ever: El Monte, Casablanca, Doblas, Cooperativa San Jerónimo, Lagar Los Gabrieles, Lagar Los Frailes and Hathor, from Moriles, together with Bodegas Arrabal, from Montilla, and Bodegas Emendis, from Castellet i la Gornal. Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, the capital of cava, will take part in the opening. New this year are a wine and chocolate pairing advised by Chocolates Simón, live music performances and a new timetable. The journalist Ramón Francas Martorell is the new Ambassador of Moriles Wines.
Getting there and tickets
The tasting fair is held in Moriles from Friday 23 to Sunday 25 October 2026, with a larger exhibition area than in previous editions. On Saturday and Sunday the on-site guided visits to the town's wineries and lagares (wine press houses) continue. It is organised by Moriles Town Council and the Asociación de Bodegas de Moriles, with the support of Córdoba Provincial Council through Iprodeco.
