Halloween the Luque way

Luque repeats its Ánimas Benditas program, a week of Halloween activities designed for all ages and spread across the Library, Guadalinfo, the Pensioners' Home, and Punto Vuela. Organized by the City Council, most activities are for children, although there is also a workshop to do with the town's elders as a family. All are free but with limited places.

Cookie and lantern workshops

From Tuesday, October 27 to Thursday, October 29, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Guadalinfo hosts the spooky cookie workshop, with groups of 12 children per session and prior registration. On Friday the 30th, starting at 5:00 PM, the Pensioners' Home hosts “Create your soul lanterns,” an intergenerational workshop with limited places; registrations are made at the City Council.

Halloween cinema and storytelling

On Saturday, October 31, Punto Vuela screens Halloween movies, with costumes and popcorn: “Coco” from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM for children aged 6 to 10, and from 6:00 PM “Coraline” and “Frankenweenie” for kids aged 10 to 15. On Monday, November 2, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, the program closes with storytelling by Máximo and an activity for children aged 6 to 10.
