What it is
Aiko are a punk-pop and noise quartet based in Madrid, made up of Lara, Bárbara, Jaime and Silvia, who come to Córdoba with their Habrá señales, Tour 26/27. The group stand out on the alternative scene for their heavily distorted guitars, retro keyboards and fast rhythms. Signed to the Sonido Muchacho label, they have established themselves thanks to their debut album, ‘Me están apuntando con un arma’. The band are acclaimed for an energetic live show and for direct lyrics full of black humour, heartbreak and everyday life, so that, according to the municipal listing, every concert becomes a party of attitude and distortion. A date for anyone who enjoys noise with choruses and a mosh pit in a small venue, at Sala Impala 2.
