The Los Villares Visitor Centre is hosting a terror night hike on Friday 30 October 2026 at 9pm: a walk of about 2 km through the woods after dark, themed for Halloween, with characters, tense moments and jump scares along the way. It lasts around an hour and a half and is an activity for adults. €15 per person, limited places, booking required.

Los Villares by night, at Halloween
On the eve of Halloween, Friday 30 October 2026, the Parque Periurbano Los Villares, in the Sierra de Córdoba hills, is transformed once night falls. Its visitor centre is running a terror night hike that sets off at 9pm and follows a trail of about 2 km in the dark, where the sounds of the forest and unexpected surprises take centre stage.
Scares along the way
For around an hour and a half, the group moves through different points along the trail where themed settings, tense moments, characters and carefully prepared scares lie in wait. It is an activity for adults, designed for anyone brave enough to venture into the woods at night.
Price and booking
It costs €15 per person. Places are limited (up to 40 participants, with a minimum of 15 for it to go ahead) and must be booked in advance through the Ecoturismo Andaluz booking centre of the Junta de Andalucía, using the booking link on this page. As it takes place at night on a woodland trail, wear comfortable shoes and bring something warm.
