What it is
The Festival Indie offers a night devoted to Spanish indie at the Sala M100 with two cover bands. Vieja Tortuga are a tribute to Vetusta Morla, one of the genre's benchmark bands. Indíhena complete the bill with covers of Spanish indie groups and artists; the venue mentions among their references Siloé, Arde Bogotá, Lori Meyers, Viva Suecia, Leiva, Los Planetas, Miss Caffeina, Carlos Ares, Love of Lesbian, Lalaloveyou and Izal, as well as Ultraligera. It is a date for the audience that has grown up with the festivals and indie anthems of the last two decades and wants to sing them in a club at an affordable price.
