Martin Lebel conducts the Orquesta de Córdoba with bassoonist Sophie Dervaux as soloist in Étoiles sur fond blanc, the concerto Manuel Martínez Burgos has written for her. In the second half, Schubert's Great Symphony in C major, D. 944. Two performances, Thursday 26 and Friday 27 November.

The programme
Sophie Dervaux, one of the great bassoonists of our time, presents Étoiles sur fond blanc, the bassoon concerto that Manuel Martínez Burgos has composed for her instrument. The Orquesta de Córdoba then takes on Schubert's Great Symphony in C major, D. 944, his most ambitious symphonic work. Martin Lebel conducts.
