What it is
The Teatro Garnelo hosts ‘Cenicienta, tributo musical’, Charles Perrault's classic story of Cinderella told with music, dance and humour. Ella is a kind-hearted young woman whom her cruel stepmother and her stepsisters, Gabrielle and Charlotte, turn into a servant after her father's death and rename Cenicienta. Everything changes when Prince Christopher Rupert, ‘Topher’, kind but rather insecure, organises a ball with his aides Lord Pinkleton and Sebastian to choose whom to marry. Ella will be able to attend thanks to Marie, a magical old woman whom everyone ignores except her. A musical for laughing, enjoying and dreaming as a family.
Getting there and tickets
The performance is on Sunday 13 December 2026 at 5 pm at the Teatro Garnelo, Plaza de la Rosa, s/n, in Montilla. Tickets cost from €15 on Giglon, booking fees not included. Anyone over 12 months old needs their own ticket to enter the venue. It is a good option for a Sunday afternoon with children.
